From the Director

Greetings and Happy Lent!
I hope this Lenten season is inspiring you towards a renewed faithfulness in your relationship with God and a deeper understanding of God's faithfulness, love, mercy and mission for you.

Speaking of faithfulness, It is my privilege in this month's newsletter to introduce you to the very faithful, hardworking and dedicated staff of MorningStar!  See below.

Also this month, we're being faithful to God's call to expand the ministry and facility of MorningStar and are holding a fundraising Garage Sale.  Please see below how your donation can make a difference!  Thank you!

In Jesus, our bright Morning Star,
Sue DeFerrari

¼ cup Fine Bulgur
½ cup water
¼ cup Fine diced red tomatoes
1 tbls fine diced white onions
10 leaves finely chopped mint
1 bunch finely chopped Parsley
1 tbls freshly squeeze lemon juice
2 oz finely diced Norwegian Salmon
2 oz finely diced Chilean Sea bass
2 oz finely diced cooked Canadian Lobster Tails
Salt and white pepper

Soak the bulgur in the water till soft and tender then add all the other ingredients and mix. You do not have to cook the sea bass or the salmon because it will be cooked with the lemon that we are mixing it in. Served on Spinach Tortilla.
