the Director -- Amazing things
are happening at MorningStar! It feels like Christmas
has come early as we look around the retreat house and see
what the incredible generosity of so many friends of MorningStar
has accomplished! Please see our new
photo album page on our website for a glimpse of some
of our recent upgrades to your retreat house... completely
renovated dorm rooms, new central AC units in the conference
and dining rooms (the Chapel is next!), and a new look from
the outside, thanks to HandsOnMiami who provided over 100
volunteers to paint the exterior of MorningStar in just 4
hours this past month! Thank you to all of you for making
MorningStar Shine!!!

priest and theologian, Fr. Michael Himes.
Fr. Himes is well-known for his gift of taking traditional
ideas and biblical stories and helping us see them in
