MorningStar Renewal Center is a Catholic non-profit ministry offering a full schedule of opportunities for faith formation, spiritual renewal,and ministry development.

MorningStar is the Archdiocese of Miami's Spiritual Renewal & Retreat Center. The ministry of MorningStar is built upon and continues the rich tradition of retreat work begun on this property in early 60's by the Dominican Sisters of St. Catherine di Ricci. New Programs for You

Thurs., May 9th 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. MorningStar's Annual Mother-Daughter Celebration! An evening celebrating Moms, daughters, and granddaughters. Come and enjoy this special evening with dinner, guest speaker and author Jennifer Kelman, and lots of fun extras to get your Mother's Day weekend off to a great start. Fee: $30 per adult; $15 per person under 16 or over 70. Recommended that girls be at least 10 to attend this event.

Monday, May 13th, 6:30 p.m. MorningStar's VOLUNTEER APPRECIATION DINNER! You know who you are... please come...cuz' we need to thank you!!!

Tues., May 21st, 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Year of Faith Lecture Series: Catholic Boot Camp. An engaging and inspiring look at the tenets of the Catholic Faith. Fee: $15 per person/ $50 for 6 sessions (May to Oct.)

Tues., May 28th to Fri., May 31st, 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. MorningStar's Vacation Bible Camp. Open for children aged 2 to 5 years old. One energizing, faith-building week of fun! Fee: $100./per child; includes snack and simple lunch each day.

Tues., May 28th, 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Women's Spirituality Series: Women and Wealth - A Christian Perspective. An engaging and empowering seminar taught by Mathematics Professor and Epiphany Church parishioner, Dr. Margaret Montemar. Designed to help you get in control of your finances instead of letting your finances control you. Fee: $15 per person.

Sun., July 28th to Friday, Aug. 2nd. MorningStar's Peer Ministry WEEKLONG Training Retreat! "Back in HisStory" is the theme of this year's training retreat for teens. Aimed at training teen leaders and equiping them for service in the church. Fee: $140 for the week (before July 1st); $180 for the week (after July 1st).

Mon., Aug. 12th to Fri., Aug. 16th, 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. MorningStar's Camp SHINE! Back by popular demand... this is a one week summer camp for kids aged 3 to incoming 6th graders. It's the last blast of Summer! Fee: $140. per camper, includes snacks and lunch.
