Peer supervision is a contemplative space of graced sharing, listening and offering of feedback that allows for ongoing learning of spiritual directors and companions. Our Facilitated Peer Supervision group is open to any Spiritual Director or Companion who has graduated from the Training Program at St. Thomas University. We use a group supervision format and meet once a month, focusing on one presenter for each meeting.  Through the process of peer supervision, all participants share in the gifts of:

• · Continued learning of the evocative method in direction and companionship;
• · Trusting more deeply the movement of the Holy Spirit in ourselves and our companions;
• · Identifying personal areas of growth and healing;
• ·Community connection with other Spiritual Directors /Companions.
