About The Event
Lent is a special 40 days set aside to align ourselves more fully and more closely with the Lord.
Begin your Lenten Journey on Ash Wednesday with a Day of Retreat! During the distribution of ashes on this day, we hear the words “repent” which mean “turn around!” Take this day of retreat to “turn around” and see the One who loves you and calls you to more of the life that only He has to offer!
The retreat will include exploration of Lenten themes, time for personal prayer and reflection, the Sacrament of Reconciliation, and celebration of the Eucharist with distribution of ashes. A simple lunch will also be served.
