Ash Wednesday opens up a special time of retreat in the life of the Church. Begin your Lent this year with time set aside for a personal day of retreat – a sacred time of prayer and time with the Lord. During the distribution of ashes, we hear the words “repent “which means “turn around!“ Take this day of retreat to “turn around“ and see the One who loves and calls you to more of the life that He has to offer.

The retreat will include exploration of the three Lenten themes and how they relate to the journey of conversion. There will be time for personal reflection; celebration of the Eucharist with distribution of ashes, and a simple lunch.
