Coming events forecast shadows.  Most certainly Isaiah's Servant Songs were prophetic words applied to the suffering of Jesus and certainly the prophetic words of Simeon applied to Mary.  This being the Lenten Season, it is a perfect time to contemplate and reflect on the suffering of Mary as the mother of Jesus as it is enumerated in the Seven Sorrows of Mary Chaplet to give us a different perspective on the Passion of Christ. May we all be enriched through this morning of prayer.
