MELISSA IS BACK!  YAY!! SoulCore is a beautiful practice of praying the Rosary, meditating on the mysteries of the Rosary & exercising our bodies while we do. It is different from any other practice out there. It is not yoga or pilates. It stands out in the fitness world, the religious world, and the contemplative world. Rooted in the Catholic faith, SoulCore strengthens the mind through meditation, the body through fitness, and the soul through prayer.

We welcome all fitness & faith backgrounds. While we typically exercise outdoors on mats, modifications are available for chair exercise, as well as any other physical and weather related concerns. In every class you can expect calming music, therapeutic candles, the Rosary & a room full of open hearts. No prior experience is needed. Bring your prayer intentions, your stress, your openness to growth, and leave with a renewed sense of peace and purpose.
